Planing to visit Hawaii next month (Aug).Can somebody help where can i get Sunrise tickets cheaply.

Why tours. You can drive and go. Parking fills up early....try to go little early. Enjoy the views...so take a blanket and breakfast . Don't waste time with camera.

Bro don’t get tickets for sunrise.. not needed… I would suggest you take an app called “Shaka App” and it ll have all instructions for many places. Since it’s getting busier I would suggest you to be there early. And paina bro chepinatu be prepared with nice cold wear n blankets too

google and search for halekala sunrise tickets...national park valla website lo register it..fee is nominal and be there very early..even before sunrise. Check weather as well...very unpredictable..so cloudy unte waste of time.

and its super cold even in hot summers...some 9000 ft above seal level I think so very cold...on the way back after sun rise, somewhere middle of that valley we took a pit spot at some breakfast place..dont rem, but its something like lodge and they have a restaurant...amazing omelete breakfast and above all...spectacular views of the valley...glass door untai and if you get a table next to it, then lucky.

another plan is to take a tour to mountain top for sunrise and use a mountain bike/cycle to get down. costs around 200 dollars. they take you to watch the sunrise by bus. after that , they give you a guided tour by bike downhill. good tour for couples.

Note - vehicles go very fast on the road downhill. do wait for peak traffic to go away before you start. have a breakfast and then start the tour and take self guided bike tour if needed.
