Federal judge rules that Indiana University can require Covid vaccines for students

A federal judge ruled on Monday that Indiana University can require its students to be vaccinated against Covid-19 in the first ruling upholding a vaccine mandate by an educational institution.

The university retains the right to "pursue a reasonable and due process of vaccination in the legitimate interest of public health for its students, faculty, and staff," the judge wrote.
