Not only on the cricketing field, but Virat Kohli carries his stylish persona off-the-field too. The Indian Cricket Team captain is known for his chiseled physique and tattoo-filled body. One may think that Virat covered most of his body with tattoos to look cool. But that is not the case. Each and every tattoo of his body has an inner meaning and is related to his life in some way.

Kohli’s left arm features a tattoo of the monastery which symbolizes peace and power. We can also see the names of his parents, Prem and Saroj, on the left triceps. Just beside the names of his parents, Virat inscribed his Test and ODI cap numbers, 269 and 175.

The same arm also features the tattoo of Mount Kailash and Lord Shiva, indicating Kohli’s devotion to the almighty. It refers to tranquillity and peace in his life.
