Yeah bro. location is very convenient.. just 8 miles from 13 exit.

30 minute drive to groceries(patel brothers)

1.5 drive to Airport

What ? That gets you 100SFT of new is install... Just take what builder gives, wait couple of years and replace it yourself...

Quartz 50$ per SFT. It shouldn't cost 5k more... Builders are ripping every one

Granite ki sealant vastundhi. Check with builder.  My builder gave 15 years guarantee on granite sealant. It’s 10-15$ to buy sealant ourselves.  This prevents discoloration and absorbing water
