There are still water problems in hyderabad. Rich areas/influential builders ki no issues poor areas ki water cut chestharu - they give 1 hr water per day etc.

Depends on your budget bro. Few that I came across recently

Sumadhura - next to waverock building - 5500 if paid everything upfront annadu so nenu dropped since I expected less price but location wise good. 

BION - next to sharath mall - 7000 antunnadu but u can check if there are any land owner flats .. less than 6000 ki vastayi avi. I bought it in pre-launch so good price naadhi.

Ramkee - 80 lacks ki 3 bed room anta 1800 sq feet. Heard it recently but interest chooyinchaledhu IT raids kada so completion time ela vuntadho ani .. they said 3 years 

My home mangala - I didn't like the area but my cousin bro bought one. Around 1.4C for a 3 bed 1900+ sq feet annadu. Almost ready to occupy idhi inko few months lo

My home tridasa - kokapet and too much marketing.. but aa area inko 5 to 10 years ki development baaguntademo .. right now oka 1 km em vundavu vaadi constructions tappa 

Pre owned apartments ithe so many vunnayi but ready to occupy kaabatti around 1.25 to 1.35C

Ippudu janala trend villas 

PS: I am not a broker or in marketing. Just choosindhi vinnadhi cheptunna.

Konevaallu unte vaallakempoyindhi... Investment adhi idhi ani okodu 3-4 flats konukovatam that actually pushes up the demand genuine ga konukunevaadiki usually becomes unaffordable in some cases.. Real estate ni daridram chesaaru.
