Sumadhura - next to waverock building - 5500 if paid everything upfront annadu so nenu dropped since I expected less price but location wise good. 

BION - next to sharath mall - 7000 antunnadu but u can check if there are any land owner flats .. less than 6000 ki vastayi avi. I bought it in pre-launch so good price naadhi.

Ramkee - 80 lacks ki 3 bed room anta 1800 sq feet. Heard it recently but interest chooyinchaledhu IT raids kada so completion time ela vuntadho ani .. they said 3 years 

My home mangala - I didn't like the area but my cousin bro bought one. Around 1.4C for a 3 bed 1900+ sq feet annadu. Almost ready to occupy idhi inko few months lo

My home tridasa - kokapet and too much marketing.. but aa area inko 5 to 10 years ki development baaguntademo .. right now oka 1 km em vundavu vaadi constructions tappa 

Pre owned apartments ithe so many vunnayi but ready to occupy kaabatti around 1.25 to 1.35C

Ippudu janala trend villas

Below 5000 pre-launch rate ante reasonable bro ippudu vunna hype lo. But investment purpose ante this is not the right time. Try to buy either plot or farm land if possible.

Apartments are never good investments in india , index funds offer better returns. 

Only plots , agricultural lands appreciate .

Try re selling a new apartment after 2,3 years you will not even get purchase price

crazy location adi....its totally worth + amenities + landscape etc anni kuda looks good.

compare similar type of location in Bangalore or Mumbai.....min. to min. 5 times the price of Hyd untai...Mumbai aithe ilanti building ki 20 - 30cr untadi......good that Hyd is still not there yet

Why people r still buying this over hyped apartments with that much money. I guess motham nalla dhanam valle ivi kontaru. Pause buying guys. These real estate people increasing prices as they wish and telling people that it will go up more so buy now with loan. It’s all big mosam. Konevallu aagithene vallaku budhi vastundi
