India lo padipodhu simply because politicians will not invest in infrastructure outside big cities . There will be no jobs , no safety , no connectivity , no educational institutions , no water etc outside these big cities . 

Even 50 years from now india will still have real boom , that's how the whole country's system is designed. Real estate is the greatest source of corruption and no one will let go of the golden goose. 

America is a different case , their rural infrastructure is top notch . Most small towns in america have better infrastructure than the best cities of India , so it is easy to establish a company or housing project 70-100 km away from big city without support of govt

Yes politicians may put lot of money on cities I get that but at end of the day it all depends on supply & demand 

I read few articles where they said due to pandemic in delhi-NCR & other Indian cities too suffered a lot

What I m saying Bangalore kanna thopu  hyd, Bangalore lo market lo demand kanna supply ekkuva ayyindha plus city kooda too much expanded recently but Hyderabad kooda emadhyaney expanding though but still good real estate boom
