So Nashville is the better place in saving and as well as place is good for all seasons.

Ok to travel long for groceries and stuff but need good public/charter/private schools

Also ye area lo udali each city, desi community ithe better.

I would suggest selecting a diversified community. There are five major cities Raleigh, Durham (nallola place I would avoid, but good companies unnayi ikkada), Cary and Morrisville (major desi crowd ), apex (again desi crowd made this area unaffordable), Hollysprings (growing area but expensive to buy a house at this time), Fuquay-Varina (budding area but close to Raleigh, many desis bought home’s for investment).

All Indian grocery stores are in Cary and Morrisville.

Raleigh, Durham and Apex has Costco.

Fuqay - affordable and can expect good growth over a period. Crime/school rate idea ledhu bro. I also have interest in holly springs but now it’s difficult Bcoz of the prices. Greensboro is also another good choice, Desi’s baagane vunnaaru and crime rate is also less only.

Still bidding in some communities in Fuquay.. but drive through the area you will like it. South Lake Elementary school is good. Grocery stores all near by, Costco started building in Fuquay. 
540 expected to be completed by mid next year. Once done reaching RTP is quick.

Apartments suggest cheyandi around apex/cary/holly or anything you know is good
