In one of the recent IPOed companies (last 1-2yrs), our team offered 3.2Cr (gross) with a sign on of 70lakhs for a 10-11yr exp guy to join Bangalore team.

He worked for Uber India before and was making 1.5-2Cr. He also cracked Facebook London offer and we had to closely match it to make him accept out offer.

Indian product companies offers are closer to Bay Area offers now.

depends..usual range is 25-35 LPA if you have hit 10 years.. avi koda product based companies lo .. service base companies lo year ki laksha or inka takkuva.

avna good maybe vundochu emo but depends on role too for ex: UHG, thoughtworks type companies ayithey 10+ vachina senior engineer antaaru (.Net lo) , konni companies ayithey 10+ vuntey only architect position antaaru so depends on role, company type (product based or service based)
