All these comments are bordering on racism. Aa black kid di maybe genuine reason avvochu but seriously Indians not maintaining homes? Not assimilating? All of these are not unique to Indians. If proper HOA rules not present I can show 10 homes in my neighborhood who have overgrown shrubs and no maintenance all not Indians. And entha mandi tellollu nallollatho friendship chestharu? Like how many know what their culture is? Pot calling kettle black

NC lo kuda anthe. But the fact that our desis are making good money and they pay taxes well, it will not turn out into ghetto by any means. However it will be a market for only desis. Which is not always good to raise kids in that areas coz they will lack exposure big time

Picha lite for many. I have seen many such ABCDs who are simply joining in consultancies like their parents regardless of what their exposure or education was. They will continue life in Indian life style even though they were born here. For some Indian parents it is good and they prefer that.

The influx of Indians/South Asians has made the DFW area more segregated. I recently worked at a large upscale department store in Frisco, TX and a female coworker told me that all the White people are moving out of her neighborhood due to a large number of Indians moving in. Indians are racist toward other minorities and toward their own people.

3 Year Old a school ki velthundi?
Frisco ISD low minimum age to go to Frisco ISD schools is 4 years..

looks like a fake pakodi post

Also assimilation ani ediche vallu why do they sell homes when a few families not their skin color start moving to their neighborhood? Is assimilation one way street?

Kondaru desi parents are afraid about drugs and dating life of their kids in teenage. One of my relative moved to Dallas so that they can raise kids in complete Indian environment with no American exposure. evari preference valladi.

Let me begin by stating that I personally see no problem with your parents (or anyone else for that matter) choosing where they live based on the demographic makeup of the community. My question is a larger one. Let's be brutally honest, white people have been constantly moving in search of communities in which they are the majority. More diverse neighborhoods almost inevitably start to lose the white component over time. This pattern has been repeated ad nauseum. From the city of Dallas itself, to Richardson, Plano and now Frisco. Cities that were white, start to get non whites, and the 'white flight' begins.

Initially it was to get away from blacks and latinos. I think in 2019 based on some of the observations in this very thread, Indians are now the ethnic group that seems to drive away white families. Now we see more and more talk in Frisco of predominantly Indian neighborhoods all over the place. Many white people I know are headed to Prosper precisely because since it hasnt been taken over yet. Personally I think they are just 10 years behind Frisco and the same pattern will re emerge before long.

I would question though, how much farther can middle class white people run to escape? The one big barrier in the old days was money. You had to make a certain amount of money to be able to afford homes in the northern suburbs especially, which all but eliminated the threat of poor minorities coming in. Today, the Indians I see are highly educated, and have the financial resources to afford all the desired spots in Collin County and indeed the metroplex. So short of going back to the 1950s and outright segregation, they will continue to grow in all the top suburbs in the metroplex. Places like Valley Ranch, Coppell, Castle Hills, Murphy, Sunnyvale all have substantial Indian populations as well.

So do white families have conversations about this? new suburbs even further north are now growing, Anna, Melissa we all joke about the metroplex reaching Oklahoma one day...but eventually if you still want to have access to everything the metroplex offers, then there will come some limit beyond which it would not be practicable to move. So then what? move to out of state? Maybe Montana or Alaska?

Yep this issue is nothing new . Nallolla communities lo vallu thappa evaru vundaru majority. Except middle class suburban communities, such race polarization is present in all cities already
