Start with "Py" app on ios or android guys. Earlier there used to be an app "lrn". Now, I don't see it. You can start with "Py" app to start with basics.

Previous Java or Programming skills unte easy for transition but not as easy as it sound for non-programming background like Salesforce, SAP, Databases because the understanding varies from person to person.

I moved from non programming background , I was a dba before
