First Step -> His Content will be locked in all social media. once criminal case is filed it is tough for him to release future videos with boothu and caste abuse.

second step -> he must respond police summons. if he doest present any evidence of no malicious intent then he will be asked to come for questioning. 

third step -> if he does not then arrest warrant. if police does not get him then non-bailable arrest warrant.

fourth step -> lookout notice. 

 

Plus criminal case side effects US lo kuda chala untayi like he would get red flag in any back ground verification for loan, refinance, credit cards, bank accounts, job change etc. if he get sued by anyone in future in US, this criminal case will definetely put block on his stand in trial.

Acting on a complaint lodged by rebel YSR Congress MP K Raghurama Krishnanm Raju, the Delhi police also served notices on YouTube for posting the abusive videos of Punch Prabhakar.

According to the complaint, Prabhakar had been posting abusive videos on YouTube against all those who were opposing YSR Congress party.

He has allegedly posted critical comments against Raghurama Krishnam Raju, vice-president Venkaiah Naidu, Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla and several other VIPs.

Sources said the Delhi police are also trying to bring Punch Prabhakar from the US on special warrant and get him arrested in the case. The investigation is going on.

In December 2020, the state high court served notices on nearly 90 persons who allegedly made objectionable comments and posted obscene comments on the judges and the court in social media, in the wake of a series of judgements delivered against the Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy government in the recent past.

Following the high court order, the AP Crime Investigation Department filed cases against seven of them.

The CID authorities submitted a detailed report on what action they had initiated against those who had made serious comments against judges and the court in the social media. 

Punch Prabhakar was among those who were served notices by the high court.

The HC was flooded with a series of complaints from several quarters including practising advocates and general public, who took objection to the high court being abused for delivering judgements against the government.

America and gulf are two different things.  First of all social media lo abuse anedhi oka grey area. I dont think there are strict laws prohibiting that. He will get away with some warning. Lets see
