Private companies ki iste corruption taggutundi. GALI story is different, vadu kavalsinanta ammukuntunnadu, but the problem is the lack of transparency in whom they are selling stuff to. That's why, we need to get to a point where the Government is incapable of owning anything and can only sustain on taxes.

So if we privatize the land, who are going to pay the future gov projects? Land acquisition is biggest problem for our projects, if we sold all the land to private entities inka ainatte future state/central projects ki

The Government should buy it with the income it gets from taxes. Even now, it is acquiring land from individuals who happen to be the family members of politicians because of the corrupt practices of the Government.

Yes, already most of the money is going towards R&R , going forward it is going to be more expensive. India lanti countries lo it is better to keep its land with gov.

What is the need for Government to own land when they are going to end up buying land for projects from their near and dear, friends and families of politicians! The only way to make the Government powerless is to make sure that the Government cannot do anything with the resources it has, and should tax people to do anything. If taxes were the only income that the Government has, it will be a lot more efficient with the money and have less importance.

Govt owns land by default . Any land which doesn't have a claim is state govt land by default. This is in addition to land govt inhertied from previours govts like british govt. If govt adminsters well then these land prices go up and when they really go up it makes sense for govt to sell it and make some money. In addition some land is always needed for public welfare like grounds, parks, schools, roads which make no sense for private players. I schooled you enough - you need to read more and talk less. seroiusly.

i guess...you are aware of corporate syndicats...in USA...specially with cabel and internet...

consumer..dont have right (indirectly) to choose the provider...its up to the corporate syndicate...

IMO...welfare (public partnership) and development (private partnership) should be in balance...like 50-50...not like entire ownership in someone hands...

just imagine...few decades back...like 70s 80s BSNL..if they were in private hands...do you think all the telephone poles/infrastructure are in place across the country...and wide network was available across the country...?

Inka oka 40 Jagan Mohan Reddys will take land, so what? How will they make money without industries or agriculture. This is why I said Gali Janardhan Reddy is an exception because his land has ores. Not all lands are as resourceful, even if Jagan buys all the land in Vizag through his binamis, there is no use of it, if the Government doesn't buy it back. The only alternative these private individuals will have is to develop the land they buy. Corruption cannot happen if the organization is seeking to make money. Corruption can only happen if the individuals don't have the same goals as the organization, which you will see happening with the Government more often than with private companies.
