People need to understand that wealth transfer to lower classes is not a bad thing for the country , since it's technically still within the country.

 only wealth  transfer to the richest causes monetary flight since they escape the country and put it in offshore accounts . (Nirav modi, anil Ambani ,sujana Chowdary , etc)

I would like to see this experiment played out in one pilot segment for 5-10 years and see what happens to the beneficiaries .

If it truly makes the beneficiaries into entrepreneurs and changes their lives then it can be successfully implemented in other places . 

Various organisations are already trying this all over the world .

Perhaps KCR might be hailed as the biggest genius In indian economics .(if it suceeded)

Correct, Tamil Nadu is the case study even the TV distribution which was widely critiqued and mocked by media but actually that scheme lead to social awareness among women from the downtrodden society, they began to understand their rights, socio-economics of society and family etc. Tamil Nadu is the state with least members per family in India(Avg 3.9) which means one of the reasons is that women were against the idea of having more kids.

This scheme will generate more income to the government than the people think. There was a case study that every 1 Rupee spent by the government on welfare schemes such as direct money transfer schemes like pensions contributes to the GSDP by 1 Rupee but when the same rupee is invested in infrastructure like schools, roads, etc. or set people with self employment opportunities the GSDP grows by 3X times. I felt Dalit Bandu was a lost cause until I understood it is a not direct debit scheme but self employment scheme and like raitu bandu will help immensely grow the revenues of the state. The GDP of the state doubled in the last 7 years from 5 lakh Crs in 2014 to 9.7 lakh Crs. In 2020. Governments need to think out of the box and putting the money where the mouth is the only helps bridge the gap and reduce the rich poor parity. Already we have experimented feeding the big sharks lakhs of crores and atleast give this novel idea a chance. If half the community prospers then there will be no looking back
