Also this is just income. white americans have a lot of assets. I know one colleage - he inherits a cottage from his grandfather, a house from his father and a house from his mother.

Most of them work in tech in the US which pays well. 

In India, it's more spread out

I am talking about the same guy who come to us from redbus in some village in andhra and makes money here. You really thing it is only due the talent of that guy ? if he remains in the village how much will his income be  or even moves to hyd.

Not totally, I never said that it's his talent only. 

There's a framework here where that guy would fall in place and still make it successful, that template doesn't quite exist in India on such a consistent basis.
