Do the following courses on coursera in that order:

1) Machine Learning by Andrew Ng

2) Deep Learning specialization by Andrew Ng

These two should give you a broad overview of the field. Will take 5-6 months to complete properly.

AI/ML is more focused on neural networks. Data Science is broader and includes other techniques like linear/logistic regression, random forests and other stats techniques.
