Following worked for me

1. changing shoes frequently (depends on how much active you are )

2. always using double socks

3. putting feet up or in cold water for sometime after activities when being in rest position.

Are you overweight or obese vaa?

I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis was a big issue for me. I tried different shoes, insoles, massages etc., Nothing worked. Finally what worked was, I stopped sports, lost a lot of weight and slowly eased back into sports while keeping my weight constant. The problem completely disappeared.

It took a few months for me bro. Hopefully it's faster for you. My suggestion is, reduce weight if you are overweight, reduce physical activity and slowly ease back into it.
