He was exaggerating but north Chennai has huge telugu slum population . Same way bengaluru slums are also filled by seema migrants  .

No that isnt my question. Read again - what resulted in so many people from hinterlands of AP/TG landing plush desk jobs ONLY in IT in USA. Something that is NOT found in comparative regions of kar/tn.

He is lying to demean andhra people in an andhra forum by painting them as slummies. thats what he does and you tag along because caste is more important for you than your state and society.

I meant north Chennai slums. SInce I was born there. Not in slums, but in the general area. However recent migrants are not overwhelmingly Telugu.

Because they are , Andhra people did really migrate enmasse to slums of Bengaluru , Hyderabad and Chennai . 

I don't see anything wrong with accepting reality . Why don't you go and find out for domestic help in Bengaluru , most of the time it will be a poor telugu migrant from rayalaseema or from Uttara kannada

Most of maids in hyderabad are from surroding TG districts. how far is rayalaseema from bangalore ? 60 kms?

I dont know of any andhra peopel from my region migrating to slums in Chennai. I know some who went to be film stars though.
