2) section 482 of CrPc use chesi 498 quash apply chesukovachu. ee step ki neeku evidences are critical as my default this law is to protect women, so unless strong evidence and a good lawyer..

Best option: If mutual elders are there, bend before her and ask her to compromise and revoke 498A stating it was a misunderstanding that went wrong and willing to settle out of court.
