No I just added to give overall OC count and the dominant caste count (Reddy and velama). I think brahmins and vysyas are adequately represented (may be double their actual population). But representaion of reddy and velama  is very high relative to population(20-30 times their actual population).

TDP time lo 35/34/35/31

Congress time lo 40+

Anduke emo ma halwa anna ki baboru ante kopam

31 emdi cheap ga ani

I don’t think Brahmins and Vysyas are politically significant in any constituency in both the states.. that is why they focus more on administration and business..

remember that old day landlords entered into politics to keep their power and continue asserting their control over the politics in the state.. that’s why you see more Reddy’s and Velamas in politics…

I am happily surprised to see that there are 31 Mla’s from sc and st communities…

Sc/ST MLa are reserved. So there is no choice.

I am just giving what i think is insightful information. Yes what you said is right - you expect OC's to live in most developed areas. But is Medchal developed ?- thats the only puzzle to me.

I think i am beginning to understand why Dora doesnt like amaravati and he is treating andhras so nicely there. Its clear that at least 20-30% of OCs in TG are from andhra origin (maybe even more) - and probably they are the richest and most influential in TG area. Even if they are andhras they are more likely to be friendly with TG OC's than others. Like RS teddy preferring TG teddy, andhra brahmin with TG brahmin etc.

Without the funding, the media platforms, the elevations andhra oc bring to hindu OC through cinema etc - there is just no way this velama-teddy complex  can hold on to power in TG. The BC/SC/Minorities will take over.

Even if a decent percentage of andhra OC move to amaravati its game over for Dora.

Isnt it funny the very people he abused are now key to his power.

it is also a lesson how the OC rivalry and lust for power is holding the state back. First we divided the state and now we are preventing a new city coming up and cheating farmers who donated land for it.
