Thanks.. I have already decided on the model.. but looking for an advice on whether it is a good idea…

I have never seen anyone using a rower at home… everyone uses either an elliptical or a thread mill…

I use rowing at home.. I do not have an elliptical.. I instead run on trails.. posture is very important.. try going for some trained classes before you do on your own for long durations..

I have rowing machine, first lo chesa kani.. it’s kind of boring and stopped altogether. Then I bought a thread mill, doing that for 30mins and rowing for 10.  It’s better to buy a thread mill and buy rowing machine as secondary workout setup. My 2 cents.

agree, howwever you can burn more cals on treadmill running.

benefit with reower would be it also workout on all body muscles, unlike running legs calves muscies, chest muscles, pretty much.

upper body, lower, back,  and core nice workout than running for sure

however running has many more advantages too, especially for heart, also more cals can be borned thriugh running

so it all depends, overall both are a great workouts,
