the RFE you got is based on employers details, nothing applies to your directly

if he doesn't respond properly on the RFE, you would end up in $hit anyway

your chances are improved significantly if you go with FTE with new employer, what you call base is no more a base, you are infact moving away from a bad employer who couldn't cover the H1 supporting documents properly

Yeah I asked same question to my employer but he was saying because we filed my application in masters quota (cap) if they do anything to that application whole h1 will be gone. that's what he said.

oh so if I initiate transfer to another employer would I be good? I asked same thing to my employer indirectly saying can I transfer my h1b to our sister company to avoid this  but he said it will still same because my initial h1b base is under masters quota(cap) so if it effected my whole h1b will be effected he said. don't understand.

yeah in my case na initial h1b portioned filed under masters quota with pakodi client letter. my employer saying that's my base even after I did extension if they revoke base my whole thing will be gone. Not sure if any difference bewtween regualr & cap quota. I am so much confused.

In a tough situation and need experts suggestions and help please, masters quota lo 6 years back eh1be file chesadu employer.... At that time manaki anth knowledge ledhu so emplyer adhi chepthe adhe vedham. so appudu na original client not willing to provide client letter because of their policies. employer gadu adho oka pakodi client letter submit chepinchadu (of course dabbulu dhulu kuda vadilay for letter) . eppudu after 6 years 'YouSCIYES' gadu client & na employer  ki query pampadu anta, nuvvu empoyement ela echav ani cleint ki what work you performed to this client ani na employer ki. Thing anti ante ah client oka pakodi client, antha business am nadavadhu so I am thinking adhi amiana red flag indhi amo ani but not sure, employer saying just query vachindhi client ki ani not giving enough details.

Employer saying it's very tough situation to handle and I may loose total h1 because it's my base h1b. Client ithae responded to query in high level, saying what work we performed and waiting for response. Nanu next year client FTE ki transfer avdham anukuntunna but eppudu edhi vachindhi not sure what to do. In full dilema. malli cheePT and OPTTTT valla kadhu to mainatin status. already stuglled for more than 8 years.

Any idea/suggestions on these situations pelase

First get your rfe document.. and post the questions / documents asked in the RFE.

Read about each question as much as you find on different forums and finally reach out to someone like sheela murthy and take a 30 min appt.

ask all your questions about your rfe and get their expert opinion. Some of their suggestions may be not possible to implement. ( like making the client submit a specific document etc).. in that case go back and setup another appointment and tell them what you can get done what you cannot and ask their alternative opinion again.

Dont rush, slow down but dont trust your employer or the client at all. Review every document they are preparing and if you have questions get it reviewed with third party attorney like moorthy.
