fresh and healthy are not necessarily dependent. Intlo vande brown rice is not fresh and has been stored in godown for months. But it's considered healthy. Same with tortillas. They grind wheat and make it into tortillas. We heat and eat. Simple. preservatives kuda undavu.

peanut butter, ground dorukundi in whole foods and sprouts and places like that. you can try that if you are uncomfortable with skippy's.

morning star burgers: frozen is not an issue. nutrient loss is minimal. issue edanna unda ante it is the preservatives they add to keep from spoiling while frozen. that is the only drawback here.

microwave: there is nothing unhealthy with microwaving food. not sure why you are concerned with microwave.

Overall: the only drawback is the small of preservatives in morning star burger but if in a rush, this recipe is healthier than many other dishes you can cook under 5 mins like ramen, maggi etc.,

why you are concerned

Nutrient loss due to quick heating.

again if you are in a hurry..it’s ok to have this once in a while as I can’t eat same food on a daily basis. I’d rather prepare vegetable upma.
