Seems unimpressive and practically useless, especially because most of the gas vehicles will be phased out by 2030 .

gas vehicles will be there for atleast next two decades in western countries and more than that in other countries … electric vehicles replacing gas vehicles within 10years is highly optimistic and theoretical statement… practically impossible…

forget heavy vehicles inka

The thing is in china - all these innovations come form govt or govt owned companies. can we even imagine indian sarkari babus doing anything like this. Sinopec is like IOC or BPCL.

China is pushing extremely hard for EV's , they will go full EV than any major country.

95% of two wheelers are already EV's in china due to govt policies

I dont think they are looking at robots to save gas cars- it will make gas stations a little more competitive  and prepared- as gas based cars decrease they may repurpose them for trucks - or basically reduce staffing costs and still remain profitable.
