Response headers lo unicode setting pettu… I mean text encoding UTF8

example…
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.net.webresponse.getresponsestream?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=net-5.0#System_Net_WebResponse_GetResponseStream

Encoding encode = System.Text.Encoding.GetEncoding("utf-8");

StreamReader readStream = new StreamReader( ReceiveStream, encode );

java lo ayithy chepadam anukunna , kaani .NET naaku assalu raadhu @~`

possible solutions ,

add UTF-8 support ,

check the font u r using has support for the characters you are using

and also ITEX has support for asian unicode check that library , in .NET case it is iTextAsian.dll
