I personally know the trustee of this private shiva temple near kempfort in Bangalore. The guy is a disgusting sexual pervert who molests his female employees. In fact, almost everyone in his admin office are girls. the guy makes crores per year out of this temple and govt hasn't taken over it. The temple looks like more like a  shopping mall.

it was taken over by govt recently (few years ago) after it got popular. But when I was young, i distinctly remember the temple standing over atleast 200acres of land, which now stands at almost nil (outside of the temple, and a small parking space).

so can't say if govt taking over the temple is good or bad. Even mylapore temples have been found to have simply leased their land to people they like for 1rs or something like that.

that's why govt is better. you can atleast ask govt questions.

Tamilnadu govt clear ga chepthondi kadha, that if the title of the owner for a temple is clear, govt will not touch it. Their descendants can successfully claim the temple if the govt mistakenly takes over a temple.

but purathana temple antha it is public property. They are built by kings with people's money, so they belong to the current govt. anthey.

too many private people have benefited with temple wealth. lots of industrialists, big shots occupying temple lands in chennai. they should stay with the govt.

that asshole was one of the biggest landowners in commercial street in bangalore. ilanti vaallakey ivvalsi vasthadi purathana temples, privatise chestey... do you know what he does? he runs seva ashram where he arranges for old people to be picked up from streets and provides them with food and shelter, but most of them don't stay. Its not his fault le.

but what he also does is, he hires girls into his admin office only to fcuk them. Not one, two. his entire office is full of girls. I've not seen a worse scumbag than this guy, who in the evening pretends to be the most pious shiv bhakt ever.
