That explains..

But he is a distraction for movie promotion I think... If he comes to success celebration it's okay but lot of time went to talking about him and speaking in Hindi etc .

Chiranjeevi came to support but as usual he tried to overact and over speak.. That too trying to speak in English - he should really stop

At this point, they didn't issued a statement or condemned the rumor.. They also didn't do anything together to quash these rumors. So it's pretty much confirmed.
