May not be of that importance but I read news some time back that quarter of Jacksonville will be underwater by 2030-2035.

School districts are ok, but job market ante tech ni batti. I know few couples who work, but they travel to another city and work. BA/QA and PM, Javan and .Net ayithe ok.
