Yep -  looks like he took J&J , choodali how long these vaccines will be effective and how well each vaccine work against new variants since FDA voted against booster shots.

flu shots were regular thing few years back, appudu vatitho chala issues ochayi subsequently. People stopped taking them after serious side effects over years as people started feeling more and more severely sick during flu season compared to how they were affected during flu season prior flu-shot admin years.

usually for a vaccine to be called a vaccine 10-15 variants meeda effective ga work cheyyali - in the mean time memu em cheyyalem annatlu kakunda pharm companies came up with intermittent dosages -  booster dosages are inevitable - at some time in the future we will get a full fledged vaccine until then being safe is one option that one can exercise

And how long will vaccines work for existing variants…ippudu nenu teeskoni almost 6 months avtundi, will they ware off? Appatlo Chadivanu they are good for 6-8 months or so ani.

you are correct they last for 6-9 months after initial attack - but then antigen specific memory will be stored and next time when the same antigen (virus) strikes the response would be much swifter due to memorized T cells and even before we know of any symptoms the antigens would be cleared out in most cases.
