Advice needed regarding new job offer and PERM approval?

I have finished 4 years on my H1B visa out of the 6 years. I am currently working for company A on H1B visa for which my first PERM was filed on DEC-2020.But the PERM went into an Audit and response was submitted last month. Expecting an approval of the same by November or December 2021.

Now I have got an offer in Company B (Product based),who has promised to start my GC process within a month of joining them.

I am yet to decide on whether to take up this new offer from Company B or not as my current PERM which is in audit is due for approval soon.

My questions are ,say if company B goes ahead and applies for my H1B transfer in premium and post its approval I decide to stay back in my current company A.

1)Will the new company B's H1B transfer approval by USCIS cause any adverse affect to my current perm which is in audit and on its result?
2)What is the percentage of approval of my current PERM which is in audit?
3)What would your advice be on my current situation?
