Naaku na patha company (A) tho 140 approve aindi and I stayed with them for 8 more months after the approval. I then found another job with my current company (B) last year and have I797 with H1 transfer till 2022. My current company, B hasn`t yet started my PERM process. With just over a year left on my 797 (end of 2022) will this be an issue to get an H1 extension, after 2022  based on my approved 140 with my old company.  Please help
