hello all,

I have recently applied for H1b transfer through new employer and changed jobs on FedEx receipt.

The new employer is now not willing to answer RFE and RFE response date is Sept 27th 2021.

Can I apply for another transfer after Sept 27th or go to my previous employer or do I have to do it before sept 27th.
