What ever was promised, even the present government is paying lease as per the terms of agreement, which was executed by CBN.

Land must be returned too. Lease is only for few years. Understanding is developed urban land will be returned. That means a city will be built. atleast the fuly planned government city.

Hyderabad generates 70-80% of tax inn Telangana so it makes sense develop infra there . As far as I know amaravathi generates nothing , even if you include Guntur, krishna dist they represent 20-25% of the tax base . So at best these 3 places should get 25% of funds .

I am not against amaravathi , I am only against disproportionate allocation and injustice to rest of the state

but i donot know why you completely ignore cbns effort on vizag n tirupati

he did not keep everything in amaravati 

ento mee ideas choosing destruction due to hate never gives progress

Nellore dist is fourth in per capita income , so we do contribute more than our fair share .

per capita income nothing to do with tax income. Agri income is untaxed.  it is related to consumption. Most consumption in AP happens in VJW region and Vizag region.

In tirupathi most of the funds used were from TTD or central govt  .  Please tell me what infrastructure did TDP govt build .

Orey falthu krishna , Guntur majority of the economic activities are from agriculture . Most of Nellore outside Penna delta is arid zone.

Nellore actually has an industrial base , we have over 15550 MW of power generation. The cheapest place to supply power in south india .
