I have personally seen disaster management babu in 2015 itself , all publicity and zero substance . 

The level of work done by tamil nadu compared to Andhra was night and day but AP publicity is another level . 

 development is not a huge priority for Majority of the population ,  you will see in upcoming elections again and again .

Why do you think mamata,Vijayan won so many times ? Why do you think one of the fatest growing state of india , Telangana is resorting to dalita  bandhu
