Anyone suffering from hand tremors

Two months nunchi hand tremors ekkuva ayyayi. Started slowly but now happens almost all the time..main ga left hand..doc ki annual health check appudu chepithe stress annadu..and advised to take rest..leave meeda podam ante manager savagodathadu..how to deal with this..

fulltime ah? u have your decidated PTO's which you can use any time kada...your manager cannot stop you from that. HR ki complain chey ekkuva chesthe and show your Dr's report that you are dealing with lot of stress ani.

Take a break… health >>> work… if the stress continues you will get heart tremors

Yes in full time.. PTO lu vunnayi but manager has to approve..one day ki chaala scene chesadu last time..he is running short on staff as 3 people left in a team of 5. Will get the Dr report and see.mostly should agree with that

Have plans to move to a low stress job.. just have to wait till December to get bonus..already one year nunchi chaala work chestunna.enko 2 months vundi adi tesukoni jump

5 lo already 3 jump aa.. manager issue or job pressure..en technoligy

its all about diet

manchi food theesuko,  more of nutrients ... cut down junk food for a month or longer....

do work out/walking/tennis/cricket to vent out your stress

you will see difference for sure...

Bro don't worry I am suffering with this now as well. It must be a pinched nerve as someone suggested, apart from the stand up desk and maintaining good posture try to find a physio therapist you can work with who specializes in McKenzie method. 

Again you can call a bunch of physio therapists in your area and ask them if they perform the Mckenzie method, it would be very helpful in your case I believe. Acupuncture alantivi kooda baane relief isthayani vinna. I currently am down to just 10% of my original pain, I practiced some stretches outlined in Mckenzie method and practice inversion in the night, yoga type stretches etc.
