This is straight up propoganda , like @Telugodura456 said it was a uprising against British and existing landlords

But it also devolved into full islamic movement with demands for sharia rule ,seprate nation  , etc.

The truth is always in between these versions

Boss there is recorded truth that so called molphars tried to implement sharia and forced conversions

History is not black or white , it's always in shades of grey

Thats a great portest - British and their RSS brahmin/nair lackeys shown against the farmers (who are moplahs). RSS is not there does not mean hindu mahasabha was not there or that mentality wasnt there.

Bloody history will never be pleasant. But overall one needs to take a stance and show which side of history one is on. Is the the farmers of malabar - whose notorious taxation was one of the causes - or are you with the british and its local brahmin/nair tax collectors ?

After they revolted it devolved Into something more , they started sharia rule and targetted other lower strata hindus too.

I learnt this from non RSS sources , I am not disagreeing with you but the outcome of the revolt wasn't a simple farmer revolt

Doesnt matter - history is never pleasant. So you are siding with british tax collectors - brahmins/nairs - against farmers because they did not put on their best behaviour when unspeakable violence was unleashed on them ? shows your morals.

Land ownership in Malabar

Freeman Freeman-Thomas, 1st Marquess of Willingdon, Governor of Madras during the Rebellions and later Viceroy and Governor-General of India

Malabar's agricultural system was historically based on a hierarchy of privileges, rights and obligations for all principal social groups in what British administrator William Logan sometimes referred to as the "Father of Tenancy Legislation" in Malabar,[21] describing it as a system of 'corporate unity’ or joint proprietorship of each of the principal land right holders:[22][23]

Jenmi

The Jenmi, consisting mainly of the Namboothiri Brahmins and Nair chieftains, were the highest level of the hierarchy, and a class of people given hereditary land grants by the Naduvazhis or rulers'. The rights conveyed by this janmam were not a freehold in the European sense, but an office of dignity. Owing to their ritual status as priests (Nambudris), the jenmis could neither cultivate nor supervise the land but would instead provide a grant of kanam to a kanakkaran in return for a fixed share of the crops produced. Typically, a Jenmi would have a large number of kanakkarar under him.[citation needed]"

The jenmi are brahmins and nairs. They collected 75-80% from farmers who are mappilai or laborers.

imagine that 80% of your hardwork is swallowed by people who cannot even lift that nagali.
