Who provides estimates for a specific user Story is in question here. Ideally in a scrum setup every dev / QA estimate the efforts and agree on a number. If the lead or manager estimate it for you... then say. nuvuu estimate chesaav kada nuvee cheyi I don't agree on that ani cheppu. Immediate ga perspective change kanapadidhi.
