Why are you guys obsessed with what one in a million does ?

There are always gems and hard workers and they are rare. If you look at bell curve, 90 percent are in the middle.

Highlighting some one does not make him better than what you are.

You are where you are, period. if you want to rise above where you are, try harder, or just accept where you are now.

L5 TC range is 350k to 600k depending upon when they joined(stock appreciation).

L6 450k - 700k or kore

goog is more towards the lower end. Apple aithey 100k thakkuva. Snap/fb towards higher end

There are many many factors for TC..but the only reason I can see is how well you perform in interview..In every company oke level lo  + / - 100k varaku diff untundi..like 2 ppl same positions getting 220 and 350

300K is normal in tech doesnt mean everyone will get
