mana karma no endo, TFI lacks beautiful actress/heroines, so producers business that they have to import outside baeauty so that people will watch especially B and C centres, manaki mass,skin show heroines is the formula since decades, and it may not change in near future, mana audience taste alantidi, hence producers/financers look only for skin show beautiful actress like kajal, illeana, sam etc etc., thats pure business, and its fine, 

kota garu has been on his stand that to encourage telugu heroines or actors, asalu ekkada unnaru antha beautiful heroines from telugu, or lead villain roles, evaru unnaru, hence they import from north be it heroine or villain roles,

what do you mean locals, be specific, heroines ? villains ? character artists ?

heroines - you know telugu ladies are not really fit, as a matter of fact there is no top heroine from telugu till date, 

back in the years rambha pulled out for some time, prema few flicks , may be one or two other, but thats all about it, non locals telugu heroines illeana, simran, kajal, sam, shreya, rashi khanna, etc etc..and the list goes on were and are top leads, which locals you want to bring on ? 

villains - who tf is there in telugu, to give any chances, all villains mukhesh rishi, sayaji shinde, recent movies all north villains, made their way up in TFI.... which local guy can fit these villain roles ??

comedians - Yes TFI has so many local comedians, ali, brahmananda, vennela kishore, sunil etc etc they all got chances and they did and doing good, what else 

be specfic bro, kota garu has been saying this non locals sh1t from day 1, i am a big fan of him and watched all his interviews, as i mentioned he is a legend, and TFI is very proud of him, but some people are arrogant being talented, its their style, kota is not an exception in this case, but it is what it is.... 

all his interviews are  youtube, do yourself a favor before commenting, and be specific, rather than one liners,
