he doesn't hate non telugus. He just wants telugu actors to be given chances in movies. he's okay to bring great actors from other languages once in a while, but he's worried that the firs preference is not for telugu actors in tollywood.

and regrading first preference - read my earlier quote -- described about telugu heroines, villains etc... 

ekkada unnaru man good telugu figures to give chance, just dont say a one liner give chance to locals, be specific whom are you or kota garu referring to ? telugu heroines any fit body women till date ? exclude rambha and prema,, no heroine material women in telugu, and our stupid audience only likes and expects skin show from actress, thats the formula, what would producers or finaciers do, as a business man, ?? kota garu should produce a movie with all telugu technicians and then talk about it, rather than sitting in chair and comfortably saying give chance to locals, its pathetic... 

on a side not, i am an ardent fan of his, and never missed any movie of him till date, he is a LEGEND, and TFi is very lucky to have him, very unfortunate he is not into many movies cos he aged and has lot of health issues,

eevaru bro aa chala mandi, telugu states lacked good figures heroines, andariki telsina vishayame, hence producers financiers import from other states mostly northies,, these dolls are no good in acting but very good in skin shows, and thats what we audience crave for isn't it ? i mean i am not blaming anyon here but it is what it is, 

mass masala songs lekapothey kastam mana TFI ki, heroine skin show choopinchakapothey kastam B and C centers ki,
