I think he made a valid point about getting non Telugu character actors… if there is a role that demands a good non Telugu actor, that is fine… but even filler side characters which has 2 or 3 dialogues in the movie are also being imported from other states… Sudha, pavitra, etc etc… even assistant directors, cameraman assistants, dancers andarini vere states nunchi thestunnaru anedi Kota’s complaint.. people from Telugu states are not getting any work…

the complaint is the same in Tamil also. I think it has to do with how film workers union functions. but I don't know for sure. people who have contacts across industries get hired. others don't. the workers union keeps wages artificially high or something like that. I'm just assuming.

i am also telugu, mana andhra telanagan states lo entha harted okari medha okaru, caste sh1t, polittricks sh1t, em undo antha same herd lo.... kota garu himself acted in many non telugu movies, he acted with so many non telugu actors all his career, chesedi okati chepedhi okati.. ela how ya... anyways lite
