Total score is 250 points. a person needs to stay above 150 always. if not penalties will start kick in. if it goes below 100 then they need to attand courses at "Happy Times" institutes and learn how to behave good (defiened as per CCP govt.) and improve score.

lol what is meant by "type of friends" how is it categorized? is every1 given a type? only china can do this
