Krishna Yadav ni thokkanika, ie thogada batch shankar ganni dimpanika try chesinaru but work out avaledu...congress nundi Umesh Pailwan opposed a lot...and CBN had to protect Krishna Yadav...and not just amberpet shanker, almost andaru rowdies mida chargesheets open chesinaru...kuna batch, kothadas batch, sirsailam batch, chala mandi mida rowdysheets open chesinaru...

Exactly...anavasaranga edho podichesetodu ani covering mathram correct kadhu...aah lekkana thesukuntey kotha das gadu chesina kathalu intha kanna ekkuvey...kotha das used to have congi and majlis backing...Krishna Yadav lesinattu malla evadu levaledhu ah circle nundi...it was a policy decision by sendraal during that period to control these fellows...naik ani sp cadre lo anukunta ..thesukelli neat ga treatment isthey konni rojulu nadavaneeki kuda shaathakaledhu kontha mandhiki...adhedho Srihari movie la rowdy sheeters ni andharini pilichi treatment ichey scene was inspired from this incident...

Devender was never a powerful leader nor a state wide leader, his rise in the ranks was purely based on sendraal blessing...paritala was another unique case where in he opted himself to confine to one district since he couldn't afford a concentrate state wide owing to faction conflicts, in fact paritala was powerful as long as his home district is concerned but never was on state wide basis as popularly shown...your assumption may be right I dunno but your examples are absolutely wrong bud !
