go with Kiscoo ... and work there for 2+ yrs ..and then switch.. build resume and TotalCompensation until she feels need to settle down at a place and be comfortable. 

Titles dont matter. you can be a CEO of a banana pulling cart earning $100 a day or a SDE-1 Intern earning $100k pa
