Why is kota srinivasa rao very anti non telugu actors?

His complaint for a very long time is that we are not giving enough roles to Telugu actors… even for side roles like brother, sister and even screen filling characters that hardly have a dialogue or two in the movie.. everyone is being imported from other languages… main villain or critical character is fine… but even side characters are being given to non Telugu actors…

Bhojpurii...marathiii...jharkand side chinna film industries also encouraging their own people irrespective of businesses etc...why Not in Telugu states?

So called thopu heroes ...and their family members can get launched in other states and show cause the Talent and then come back to Telugu industry kadhaa?
