Yes naa friends unnaru okadiki 2 years ago 220k plus benefits offer chesaru he used to be a data scientist at instacart. But yeah Amazon jeraka he said he has no time for anything else so keep that in mind.

Another friend makes 300k+ and has been a manager at Amazon since 6 years or so. Full salary eppudu adagale but approximate gaa telusu.

depends on city/market... bay area lo picha common 200k...

but andulo base + benefits+bonus+stock untundhi...

bay area lo amz base comp wont exceed 160K... the remaing u can opt on bonus or stock... stock is a smart idea.. i know this for sure coz I got interviewed for a dev role and the HR told me there is no way the base can go higher than 160k at my level..

maybe PM, PMO can have , but i heard even VP roles wont have > 160k base... even if the VP gets a 1Mn$ salary, the 840K salary will be in bonus , stocks and beneifts

total compensation is probably 200K for 0-2 years.. kani donkeys la pani cheyyalsinde.... thats why they pay that high salarys so every other bill of urs is taken care of easily with out worry....

 

some ppl even develop chronic health issues if not take care as they would be busy working....

main.... diabetis, stomach acidity/ulcers, heart issues/cholestrol etc....

coz the more moeny you earn will be spent on hosp/docs bil...

why whould you poshinchu them ??
