client laptop lo VDI ke connect ayi work cheyyali and we cannot install any softwares as it is extremely restricted.

support person ke laptop ela chupichali? ideas cheppandi...

right now i am just holding phone and showing monitor...its very tough to hold phone on one hand and type with another

If it is VDI,  can you also login from your personal laptop ? some companies give option to remote in to VDI using personal laptop as well

can only login from company laptop.. there are some authentication steps that would work only on their laptop
