Nothing with the body. These drinks have high amounts of caffeine which spike heart rate, working out spikes heart rate too, synergistically heart beats irregularly and might stop.

Cholesterol inka body lo problem unte they will be exhausted from weeks together and there could be other symptoms too. 

Caffeine kadhu bro it’s creatine. Not good if you take in high quantity your muscle will pump like anything with blood flow and O2. I used to take it but later stopped.

yea something with that drink, unnatural, most guys who died while working out had to do with it

Naa heart rate kooda exercise appudu 200 max poindi but 190 high is very common naaku and rest lo 50-60 lo untadi.  I have been into cardio exercises for 6 years but very inconsistent. Okkasari running cheste within 5 mins lo 160 pothadi and then to 190 in the next 5 mins. I think I have to visit a doctor.

anthe le 10 hrs sitting chesi 1 hr exercise chesthe balance avvadu.. kani e life style ni vadallem so basically have to go with flow and live every sec..
