Just another VC funded tech firm burning investor money to increase market share . 

I like the basic idea behind ibuying program but the implementation seems to be beyond their capacity

right , zillow is not going to have huge losses , just $7-$10million , this may even attract retail investors when they see price lower than listed price but zillow getting tough competition in ibuying from opendoor and few others

toured two opendoor owned houses and they are crap, came to market without any cleanup … not sure of their bussiness model
