The compensation is given on 4 times the government value of the land , not the market value .  Plus extra compensation for any assets / trees / employment lost.

For example  land for ramayapatnam port is being acquired at only 10-15 lakhs per acre . That's the usual market vue around there 

If the compensation is given four times the market value then no land can be acquired in india

1 Acre (4840 Sqyrds) - 50 Lakhs

After Infra - I will be left with 60% of land ballpark (2900)

So at least per sqyrd 5kki ammina, i will be getting (2900*5000)- 50L for acquiring land- 50L for development = 4500000 (Profit)

But in Amaravathi case. there is no land acquiring cost, gov is acquiring 1Acre, developing it where it will be left with 2900 Sq yrds, giving 1250 Sq yrds back to owner, where gov will be left with 1650 sq yrds which will grow exponentially going forward if everything works out as expected...at the end it all depends on how much you spent to acquire this 1650 sq yrds of land per acre

but the catch is all the existing gov land will be able to get the full value....intha kanna evadu spoon feed seyledu...i will rest my case here

Its not gov value...gov should take the highest amount of sale price happened for the last 3 yrs...avg it down and then pay 4 times on it...so ippudu gov value enta antav capital raka mundu akkada?...dblo akkada agri land unna candidates unnaru...so they can confirm.
